This week has been one hella busy week. I'm still reeling in from the magnitude of it all, zz. Tutorials have finally ended, like can I hear a resounding WHOOHOO? But it also means that exams are this much closer yikes.
But on the bright side, this can also mean, the end of this fucking semester is nearing rarr! Then we can celebrate & enjoy our well deserved break :) Joanna & Hwee are returning home! I'm going overseas! X'mas is coming! The shitty year is ending & we invite in a whole new year! (& we all get older sigh) Hard to believe come March next year, I'll be 20. Too fast, too furious. 20 years on this planet & what have I accomplished? Just a whole lot of tears & heartaches. Sigh, hope 2010 will be smashing ):
Sidenote: I've been feeling rather confused lately. Like why aren't things the way they seem? I'm tired of guessing & muddling my way through everything. So give me a sign & make me understand once & for all, TYVM.

Had the most horrifying nightmare this afternoon that involved butterflies (ugh!) & a person who is of another race (sounds racist but isn't!).
I swear it was such a weird ass dream, like totally wtf. Woke up thinking, "WTF just happened?" HAHA. Mc said it MIGHT happen, but EW PLEASE NO.
Went for my 1st EL lecture after about 3 weeks? Haha, managed to drag myself out of bed & head down for breakfast before going for lecture. *beams. Also I managed to walk through Central Forum & NOT be tempted by anything, *beamss. I've spent too much, toooo much, gotta control or I'll be broke in no time.
Tonight is gonna be PHILOPHILOPHILOPHILOPHILO & maybe some EL/PS, depends on my time management HUR.

Anyway, my life has basically been a mad rush for essays and mugging for mid terms now ): sobs I cannot wait for next Tuesday to be over and I can enjoy A blk day, Mambo (!!!), movie marathons, slower pace & Oktoberfest @ UCC (if I decide to go that is). I have to get down to deciphering the Psychology experiment asap so I can get my butt down to doing the blimey essay D: angst is me.
I found Rach's post on pet peeves very amusing, & it made me think of my own pet peeves lol.
#1 I hate it when people mispronounce words.
I think I harped on this before, hahaha, the worst is the word "salmon", it isn't SAL-MEN for goodness sake. And "poem" isn't PO-YEM. Get it right y'all.
#2 I hate it when people assume I support United because of Ronaldo/Beckham.
Nuff said, it's insulting.
#3 I HATE it when people automatically give me sad sympathetic looks when I say I'm from FASS, and say shit like "oh, you did very badly for your A levels is it?"
I might not have done fantastically, but it isn't BADLY and who are you to judge me.

2009 was waaay better than 2008, despite pussycatboy winning, yucks.
because there was BACKSTREET BOYS :D it totally made my day, and even squeezing there was totally worth it :) Met Meiyi and Sidney there, so it was even better to have company haha, since my non-boyband fan brother left at 11pm. Then the race tracks were opened to public, so we went in to take photos :D Hope next year's acts are better and for Ferarri to FINALLY WIN THE S'PORE GP, Kimi and Massa ftw. Hamilton who!? Can't stand him, really haha.
Mugging time sacrificed, WORTH IT. Even though I'm pretty much screwed for Psych tonight ): I wanna do well!!!!!!! GONNA TRY AND DO MY BEST, whatever goes goes, I can't do much but try to squeeze as much info into my brain as possible, GR. Hope my brain can last til 8pm, on my 5 hour sleep :/ omg just kill me now.

1st weekend of Recess Week was great :) I stayed over on Friday night cause I wanted daddy to fetch me, and also, I had Sing Your Hearts Out Part 1, with my co-organiser Meiyi & our guests (Zeya, 4K & Hafiz). It was fun fun fun, singing all them boyband songs, reliving our primary/secondary school days :D Then we sang chinese songs so as to include 4K haha, which was also fun, since we visited weird websites with english translations of Jay Chou's songs, lol. We ended our soiree around 430am, and by the time I collected my laundry & gossiped a little with some of my block people, it was around 5am! Went home at 11 and continued sleeping until 4pm :D Lazy Saturdays ftw.
Then was Uncle Phillip & Aunty Linda's 30th anniversary celebration at Tung Lok or RRRETRRRO NIGHT! It was kinda fun :D Wore the blue polka dotted dress I have never worn (for obvious reasons). The couple were really in the 70's mood, haha! had realllly good food, SASHIMI & PRAWNS! Yum, reason #1 why I love pigging out at Tung Lok :P They had games segment & karaoke as well, lol all them oldies being sung like, such a happy occasion.
Then Sunday was Yufan's 21st birthday celebration at Jade's house. His gf planned a surprise, but apparently someone spoilt the surprise, bummer. Caught up with my cousins & aunts, & Shaal was so emo that day, pouting all the time, haha, until the chocolate cake appeared ;) So kute & fat.
Today was spent at home & Vivo, where I had Sushi Tei!!! :) Happyness, did some retail therapy too :D woots. Then I booked into hall to do my Philo essay. I AM HALF WAY THROUGH (LITERALLY)!!!!!!!!! :D YESSSS

This week has been a emotional rollercoaster of sorts. Mugging for test, block obligations & Hwee going off ): it's all coming at one go, and especially on Wednesday, all in one day D:
Abc and I had an extremely long and tiring day, including psych and ps tutorials, research participations & the extremely long journey to Changi Airport. Had Popeyes and sort of caught up with the other 7 girls before Hwee arrived :) Miss you smugirls!
Then were the goodbyes, tears & hugs. Sobs. Goodbye Hwee :) Take care in Nottingham okay! And we'll see you really really soon in December for our annual X'mas lunch/dinner, even it sucks that you're not here with us. It's so weird, 4 years as classmates & now you're off in the UK ))):
The busride back to Dhoby was kinda emotional? We read the letters & even though it was funny, it still brought us to tears, sigh. And it got even worst when the bus drove past VJ D: the school that brought us all together, and the many joys & laughters that came along with it. I miss those days where we just lazed in the concourse and drank our fruit juices etc, sigh seems so recent, yet so far away. How I wish I could teleport back in time and be in my off-white uniform, VJ tie and messy student hair, and just be in the hall with my fellow Victorians ): University life really differs & not in a good way. The people here are so impersonal and detached! I want the homely VJ back. Sigh, pardon me, I have been really thoughtful these few days :/ I don't know why, I hope it fades soon, so I can pick myself up & do my shitty Philo essay asap.
PS test this morning, haha! It's over, whatever happens, happens, nothing I can do about it, just pray I do okay (ie NOT FAIL). Btw, there's this booth at the dining hall for Wii racing & I BEAT KENSING! I got the 3rd fastest timing in KR (so far) loh (while I was still there, at least). Whoo, just had geylang beef horfun :D :D :D Thanks Thunderthighs! :D heh :x

I CAN'T CHANGE MY PLAN TO THE STUDENT PLAN BECAUSE MY NUMBER IS STILL UNDER CITIBANK, ODDLY ENOUGH, MY DAD DOESN'T EVEN WORK THERE ANYMORE. SO THEY ARE BEING STUPID TO KEEP MY NUMBER TIED TO THEIR CORPORATE PLAN. UGH, SO NOW I HAVE TO MAKE DO WITH SHITTY SMS LIMITS AND WAIT UNTIL THEY SEND THEIR BLOODY AUTHORISATION LETTER TO SINGTEL. SCREW YOU, CITI.
Anyway, another wtf moment, I left my ipod charger in my lovely krrib A321 AGAIN. UGH, so later when we head to Hwee's place, I wanna borrow her charger hahaha. My battery has officially died on me ):

Hall & school life has been sucking me away from reality. I've been online, mainly on Facebook (oops!) & the readings I have to read :/ Totally no time to journal, even though I oddly found time & energy to Skype with Abc, who lives about uh, 2 minutes away from me? HAHA. It's 2am & I'm still up because, my laundry isn't done yet. & shit, it's raining, I can't dry my clothes either ):
Just came back from supper in the A Blk kitchen with the freshie girls :) We all ate our own cup noodles & Thye Heng cut watermelon & a (rather sour but nice) mango for us. Teik Zhen totally exaggerated the mango's taste, it was nice! :P maybe it's just us girls, we can take sour stuff so much better. Had a good time laughing about the most random stuff & also stirring shit on the 4th floor :D heh heh.
DnD was rather alright. We went as terrorists, & I had to dig out the most cui tee shirt I had in my wardrobe. Omg, bottom-line, I look kindasortaTOTALLY cui, sigh. But it was funny when we took pictures with each others' props! Like the angel wings, I like! Congrats to Hafiz for winning Mr Personality! Complained so much about me running off so quickly, haha. I was so tired, but after taking a shower & eating, I'm rather energetic now :D Going home tomorrow, I mean later! Gotta bring home my philosophy & political science notes/books to mug.

My eyebags have once again increased in size, it's frightening! :s My before & after hall photos are so shocking, yikes. I look olderrrrr ): oh no!
& omg fisherman is damn annoying. Who is he to scour through my photos & comment about my apparent "close friendship" with a guy. Is it any of his business who I'm friends with? Ugh, hate people like that. I know, I stalk people's photos, BUT I'm not so stupid as to tell them I do, gosh. Eg if I stalk Abc's photos, I won't tell her "EH abc, you went to xxx on XX day right?" Isn't that like totally freakazoid!? Crazy.
Ok psycho stalkers aside, met the Lovelies today for window shopping & tea at Bakerzin! (: Had a good time catching up, miss the times I saw you guys everyday! And shout-out to Joanna, WE MISS YOU PLENTY WORS!
Had dinner at this Mexican restaurant along East Coast Rd called Magaritas (very original :/ I know haha!). I love the Tacos & the Fajitas (!!!) Yummy (: Looking at the Spanish words on the menu made me miss lessons with Chay (during Monica's lessons no less, when Ulas & Sebestien came often!)
